I just came to Singapore from India two years ago. So all my life I have intermittently meditated and tried to do yoga. Let me tell you, it’s not effective.

Your blog is a breath of fresh air! I can relate so much to it as I was once told I was a breath of fresh air! My husband is jealous of me and told me my friend who said that meant “hot air!” I get such a laugh sometimes from your writing.
